Refund policy
We want you to love your Bird Bliss purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange.
📅 How It Works
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
✉️ How to Start a Return
To begin, please email us at hello@birdbliss.co and let us know the problem. Maybe we can make it right. If that isn't possible, once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label via email (you will need to print the label)
- Clear instructions on how to send the item back
⚠️ Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
We aim to reply to helpdesk requests within 1 business day.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@birdbliss.co. We’ll review the issue promptly and resolve it as quickly as possible.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest option is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
Please note:
- As a made-to-order brand focused on sustainability, we kindly ask that customers avoid ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning one. We’re always happy to help with sizing questions before you order or replacements if the fit isn't quite right first time!
- We recommend checking our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Because our shirts are made-to-order to reduce waste, refunds for size issues on bulk orders (5 shirts or more) will be issued as store credit.
